Austria’s pouch label rules are in force: what § 10h changed

Morocco’s pouch standard became binding on 21 February 2026
NM 08.8.130 was a voluntary Moroccan standard until an arrêté made it obligatory. Since 21 February 2026 it is enforced at the border, with customs holding goods until the conformity result arrives.

BEK 251/2025 replaced the 2021 order on 1 July 2025. It added a mandatory quitline line that did not exist before, so a can designed to the old rules is non-compliant even when nothing about it looks wrong.
