Terms of Service
Last updated 12 September 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of PouchLaunch (the “Service”) — a web application that provides nicotine-pouch labelling-regulation information and an automated label pre-check. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Contact: info@pouchlaunch.com.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean KGO Invest OÜ. “You” means the person or business using the Service.
1. What the Service does
PouchLaunch offers: (a) a database of nicotine-pouch labelling and market-entry rules by country; and (b) an automated “label checker” that reviews artwork you upload against a per-market ruleset and returns an indicative report. Some features are free; others require a paid plan or a one-off purchase.
2. No warranty of accuracy or compliance
- Regulations change often and vary by market; our data may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for your specific product or use case.
- The automated check is an indicative pre-check produced by an AI model. It can miss issues, flag things incorrectly, or misread artwork. A “pass” is not a certification of compliance and does not guarantee that any authority, customs body or retailer will accept your product.
- You are responsible for verifying every result against the current official sources and, where needed, obtaining professional advice before relying on it.
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- The Service is intended for businesses and professionals in the nicotine-pouch supply chain, and you must be at least 18. It is a compliance tool, not a product for sale to consumers, and does not sell nicotine products.
- You must give accurate registration details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must accept these terms and our Privacy Policy to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload content you have no right to share; attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; resell or republish our database or reports as your own product; or misrepresent a check result as an official certification.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the artwork and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the check. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded label files and the resulting report are processed in memory only and are not stored on our servers after the check. You are responsible for having the right to upload any personal data contained in your files.
6. Our content
The database, rulesets, site content, and software are owned by KGO Invest OÜ and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own business while your account is active. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
7. Plans, payments & refunds
- Paid features are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- At checkout you tell us whether you are buying as a business or as an individual, and you may enter a VAT number. We record your answer with the payment.
- One-off purchases (a single market report, a single label check) are delivered immediately as a digital service: the report or check is produced as soon as you buy it. Where you buy as a consumer, a statutory withdrawal right normally applies to digital content, but it ends once performance has begun with your agreement — that is, once the report is unlocked or the check has been run. Up to that point, contact us and we will refund it.
- Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Failed or reversed payments may lead to suspension.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, at any time. The Service depends on third parties (see the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy).
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost sales, product recalls, seized or rejected shipments, fines, or regulatory action arising from your use of — or reliance on — the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify KGO Invest OÜ against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your products placed on the market.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. sections 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12) continue to apply.
12. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms describe how we intend to operate the Service. They are provided for transparency and are not a substitute for formal legal advice — have your final wording reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch, especially the liability, consumer-withdrawal and governing-law clauses.
